“Pachota Construction did a complete remodel of our kitchen which involved completely gutting it down to the studs, removing soffits/ceiling, and installing a beam in the ceiling which was previously sagging. They made my whole kitchen vision come to life and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The quality of the work is impeccable and we are continuously getting compliments about how great it looks. The whole team at Pachota was great to work with and very transparent whenever something unexpected came up (ex. the sagging ceiling). They were also very willing to work with our budget and recommend alternatives options to try to keep the project within our budget which we really appreciated. The crew was very respectful of our property and kept things cleaned and contained when they left for the day. “Very professional and experienced group of people. Very reasonable quote to re-roof my house and add insulation. They arrived on time and completed the job in a short time. Felt very comfortable with their recommendation for the products used for the shingles and roof vents , etc. great #Warranty offered. I can’t say enough about how professionally and timely they completed the job. The dumpster arrived in the street at 7:30 AM. Everybody was here by eight they made sure that the truck delivering had an extending arm that would bring things to the roof as not to have to drive on my brick driveway. And they were done shortly after noon. All extra precautions were taken. They took my planting pots and patio furniture and removed it from the house just in case a shingle or a nail should fall on it. They worked very clean and picked up everything. Definitely not a large corporation ! They made sure my roofing and insulation needs were matched to what my house needed. And it was a pleasure to work with them .
