We had replacement casement windows installed in 2010. This past winter, one of the windows developed condensation between the double panes of glass. This spring we contacted Window World seeking a replacement window. A replacement window was ordered and installed today. They really do stand by their stated no charge Lifetime Guarantee. We were so satisfied with the price and installation in 2010 that we suggested them to our son and Window World installed replacement windows in his house last year.
Really, really pleased. Very efficient, quick and our door looks great. Have received compliments. Sealed, lined up and closed great. The only thing is I had to use Goo Gone to remove adhesive from the glass panes. Minor but could have been cleaned.
they just finished my house and they did a beautiful job I love the windows and love how they trimmed them all in they are beautiful I will highly recommend them to my friends! the installation crew was top notch!
