Sears Home Services has set the lowest standards for a home maintenance service I've ever encountered! The website, the app as well as the phone number are absolutely useless!! The only way to get to a live agent is to request to cancel the service. This is the absolute worst I've seen. If by chance you'd ever get thru and get a technician to your home, the technician is the only thing keeping this company afloat!! The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. The front side business of Sears Home Services is Pathetic.

Furnace stopped working and was told because I have the sears home warranty, it would be 8 days before someone could come take a look. Called a local company and had it replaced the next day.

I couldn't give them a zero or I would. Very rude and obnoxious foreign women from "Arizona" wanted my life history just to see if they had my part. After giving her the part number she said it didn't match anything. And then called me a racist because I asked her where she lived!! Googled the same number and found dozens of them!!!!! Nice job Sears!!!!
