We had Procraft out to install new windows on our home. The entire experience was flawless. Dan came out for the estimate and was not pushy at all (I despise pushy salespeople) and really listened to us about what we wanted and offered a lot of great advice to help us get what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Louise in the office was on point keeping us informed with the status of our install and was always pleasant (and funny!) to talk to. Walt did an amazing job on our install, everything looked fantastic and he left the areas he worked cleaner than when he arrived! I love this company and will work with them again on future projects. The representativethey sent out was very knowledgeable, informative, and for once in my years of experience dealing with other contractors completely honest. Followed by installation who did not disappoint in any stretch of the word. Far exceeded my expectations and its really nice to finally find a contractor I can trust! Thanks again procraft family!
