They listened to my explanation and checked the things they needed to check; then they explained my options to me very clearly. I asked a question and expressed my concerns, which they addressed. I gave them the go ahead and they were done in a few minutes with just snaking the line. They put everything back together and cleaned up. The price range estimate was 265 to 365 and thankfully, the job came in on the low end. Hopefully, I won't have to call them for several more years.
