“Five stars plus to Wahl-Roehm Heating & Cooling ! Yesterday evening, with outside temps about 7 degrees, my furnace suddenly stopped heating. Wahl-Roehm had installed my furnace/ac about 18 months ago, so naturally I phoned their after hours number expecting no answer until the next business day. To my surprise, Steve (from Wahl-Roehm) called back within 5 minutes. He was stuck at an all night job & couldn't come out, but he walked me through the steps to not only diagnose the problem but fix it as well. We were on the phone about 45 minutes, some time taken up by me going outside to check a pipe & finding some tools. He was very patient, very clear in his directions & obviously VERY knowledgeable. Before we ended our call, he made sure the furnace was working properly.

These days, sorry to say, vendor service is often less than commendable. Not true with Wahl-Roehm. If you need installation or service on HVAC equipment, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.“
