Derek was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.The guy that did the estimate and answered the phone wasn't exactly stellar in customer service. The two times I talked with him he acted like I was a bother. Normally I would not pursue anything further with a company that had that kind of representation. But my husband used Clean Air America in the past for different jobs and he didn't want me calling anyone else out. Plus the reviews are amazing. So if you happen to deal with him and get the same treatment, push past it because they do an excellent job.“

“Steve is an honest and hardworking guy. He was actually a few hundred dollars more for us compared to other quotes. His demeanor and honesty is what won us. He came to gave us a quote and found a safety issue with the furnace. He fixed that issue and didn't charge us a cent. He said he would never leave knowing there was a safety concern. I offered to pay him, but he refused my money. This was just during the quote time and he had not yet been awarded the job. If you're looking for a down to earth and honest HVAC guy, look no further. Don't call the big businesses as they will upsell you anything they can.“

“We've used Biff's a couple times now. Each time we had Mark. He is prompt and courteous. We had someone else come out and tell us we needed a new furnace. Mark diagnosed it and told us we did not need a replacement. He repaired it and we haven't had an issue since.We had him come out this time for our a/c. We thought after 14 yrs, we would need a replacement. Once again, Mark to the rescue.We could not recommend them more.“
