Wow been with a company for almost 10 years and not until I ran into Keith's business did I realize how this is supposed to be run. Where do I start the technician was extremely knowledgeable and did not give you the feeling that you were bothering him but yet opened up about what he was doing and was just informative through the whole process. Kudos to Keith for going above and beyond and staying connected,unlike our previous company,who couldn't even get our furnace up and running and yet Keith's place got it working the first time they showed up. Look i just started with this company so time will tell but as of now I'm really impressed.

Keith Heating & Cooling serviced our air conditioner which was fine, including setting temperature and running it to see if operating correctly, checking the heat pump. We'd highly recommend them for great customer service, communication, and great service employees who let you know what's being done and available options.Service: A/C system maintenance
