This was our first time dealing with Wright. I believe the technician's name was Terrill. He was on time, friendly, and seemed to be thorough in determining the issue with our A/C. We really appreciated him taking the time to explain what was going on. Nobody wants to spend money on these types of repairs but we felt the service was professional and fair.
