Wright Heating and Cooling – Kent, Ohio rescued us. Our old boiler that heated a greenhouse, full of orchids, failed. Wright found a replacement boiler and installed the new one all within a few days. What a great job of Customer Service!
Our newly installed heat pump and furnace was having power issues on Saturday night (01/20/24). I was able to get into contact with someone that same night! They offered to bring space heaters over since it was very cold that night, even though the issue occurred at 10pm. The issue was addressed and fixed on Sunday morning (01/21/24). You can tell they’re a family owned businesses since they treat their customers like family. Thank you Wright Heating and Cooling! We always know we can count on you for our heating and cooling needs!
Our family has been using Wright Heating and Cooling since we moved to Kent. Their service is amazing, and scheduling is super easy. Their techs are very friendly, and respectful of your home and are always on time.We have the A/C and heating tuned up every season and it keeps our system running perfectly year round.
