Had Ravenna oil and heating out as a second opinion when my oil furnace started making a very odd noise. They were able to fix the issue in under 1/2 an hour, for a part that was only a couple of dollars. The technician explained the issue to me, and even showed me the old, warn coupler, versus the new one, and explained how he diagnosed the problem. I went from thinking I had to go a week without heat (in December) for a totally new furnace to be installed, from the other company, to heat in 1/2 an hour with Ravenna oil and heating.I know who I'm calling in the future.

Will never use again..they over tightend a fuel line and it ended up leaking everywhere.. I tried to get ahold of somebody and couldn't they don't work weekends..so I had 2 choices. Call anthoer company or fix it myself.I ended up fixing it myself..I called them mon. didn't get a response till Thursday..and owner tried to tell me I should of waited till Monday for them to come fix it..how stupid..so you meant to tell me it's ok for fuel oil to be leaking everywhere..I don't think so..they tried to tell me they weren't paying for the line I bought because they don't pay that price I payed..he made every exsuse in the book not to pay me back..I will never recommend them...read full review

Really want to thank these guys especially their tech Jerry. Furnace was not working properly and with the cold spell coming in this weekend I was worried about my house freezing and pipes bursting. They squeezed me into a busy schedule and have put my mind at ease that my house will now properly heat while I am away this weekend. Thanks again guys!Service: Heating system maintenance
