I was seen as a patient at AccessMD Urgent Care by the Dayton Mall on 12/4/19. I received excellent care by Dr. JiliAn Waite.Dr. Jill is Amazing. I was "Very" impressed with her level of skill, care and knowledge. She was preceptive, seasoned, and I was blessed to be helped by her. Thank you to the Staff, you are "Wonderful" people.

I was very hesitant about going to this location due to the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the staff at this location! Deborah was the receptionist that took care of my forms and insurance information. She was very kind and professional. The MA was Jasmine and she was very personable and professional as well! I didn’t get the physician’s name during my visit but he did a great job handling my paperwork for my school physical and made my experience quick and easy. I was in and out in under 45 minutes! The staff at Access MD are wonderful! The ladies who were on staff got me in right away and were so kind to me. JAS was very friendly and chill. She made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what was going on which was honestly the best thing I could of asked for. I was having a rough week and going to the doctors was the last thing I wanted to do but I'm so glad I went their facility. My father in law actually recommended them so I do the same today to you. If you aren't feeling well and are near the dayton mall, stop by and see the staff at access md. Next to red lobster.
