Staff is friendly and professional. Service was very slow - they could be just be short staffed today, but I waited over 4 hours before I was called to the back to get my vitals checked. If you have plenty of time to wait this place will do, but If you have a serious injury or condition that requires swift and immediate medical attention I would consider going somewhere else.
I was very pleased to find out, when I arrived, the website was correct in saying not busy. My wait was short & very appreciated considering how awful I'm feeling!! Staff was very nice & considerate!! I would recommend anyone feeling under the weather to go get seen at this Urgent Care!! Thank you so much for the quick & accurate care I received!!
I went there today. My physician had no acute visits. The staff and the APRN were very good! Pleasant to deal with and efficient. The facility looked clean to me. I haven't been to an urgent care in years aside from Kroger Little Clinic several years ago. I was pleasantly surprised really.
