Dr. Nava takes the time to understand patients' health issues and advocates for their needs, demonstrating her commitment to patient care. The staff at Medix Urgent Care are friendly and helpful, ensuring a positive experience. With quick turnaround times and a focus on patient well-being, Medix Urgent Care is considered one of the best urgent care centers. The only thing that can improve is to have a reservation system.

Dr Nava is by far the very best medical doctor, And I’ve been to many doctors in my lifetime. She always has the best Solutions for any and all of my visits. She and her staff are friendly and make me feel very comfortable

I went to 3 urgent care facilities in the last 3 months and Navayogarajah is the only doctor that really cared and took care of my ear infection. Since no one treated it correctly it turned into a bad double ear infection. I have now fully recovered finally, and have my health and hearing back! THANK YOU!

Top notch experience! The doctor and staff at this urgent care are truly exceptional. Check-in was quick and easy, and I was seen in less than 15 minutes. The doctor has outstanding bedside manner — took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and worked to find the root cause of my illness rather than just treating the symptoms. It’s reassuring to receive such attentive and compassionate care. Highly recommend!
