“If I could give 10 stars I would! In the midst of already having way too much on our plate, our cat let us know they were most likely suffering from a UTI. We're newer to the area, so I ended up calling probably 8 different vets and Little Miami Veterinary Services were able to squeeze us in the next day. Much to our surprise the cat we thought was the one who was sick actually was not, it was our other cat. And they again were wonderful to work with and squeezed us into their very busy schedules and we are forever grateful. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and explained everything thoughtfully and thoroughly. They were all so kind, gentle and caring with not only my cats but with myself. Never once did I feel nervous about leaving my cats in their care. They treated them as if they were their own pets. I will definitely be telling everyone I know who is looking for a vet that this is the only place they should go. Thank you for everything!“

“We recently lost our baby Zoey. Lavinia and her entire staff was outstanding from day 1. You ladies showed love and compassion for our little family member from the very beginning. You will always and forever be our veterinarian.“

“Very knowledgeable about eye care. I have a chihuahua missing one eye to glaucoma and the other eye requiring 5 different eye drops a day to try to save it. Dr. Lembo is great. It is quite pricey at this specialty vet. 2 of the eye drops can only be gotten through the vet. They are " compound", I guess a combo of meds in one bottle? That alone is $88.00 for a very small bottle,- 10ml. Lasting me about a month. My only real complaint is it's kind of dirty in there. There is always hair on the floor, and table. It concerns me, especially being seen for his eyes. I wonder about the equipment. Overall, I am happy with his care, and he's been stable, which is of utmost importance to me. I also would like to say , Olivia is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I believe her title to be vet tech.“

“Hopewell Animal Hospital in Loveland will always be my go-to for vet services because of Dr. Jennifer Polis and Brandy. While everyone that works there is fantastic, Dr. Polis and Brandy are extraordinary. They give so much love, and are so committed to every pet they see. From cuddling with sick pups on the floor of the clinic to offering the best care an animal can receive, this dream team does it all. The compassion and clinical knowledge they possess is unmatched. I can't imagine taking my pet anywhere else.“

“I was so scared to bring my Igor to an exotic vet. I’ve heard so many horror stories of vets who say they’re exotic, but have no experience or any idea on what they’re talking about. Anyways my little guy had to have anesthesia in order to remove a very clogged duct/pore. They were able to squeeze him in on the same day after the initial examination. The Dr did an AMAZING job and explained everything on what he was going to do. I would trust him with all of my other exotic pets that I have. Thank you so much for all that you do :)“

They were the only ones that would take us, sadly baby girl didn't make it and the staff was so incredibly kind and gentle handling that. “The Doctors and Christine get 4 stars for their compassion and care. The front desk however is a zero. I have always felt rushed in and out of there, interrupted, and dismissed. I leave feeling “it’s all about the money” the second I leave the treatment room. When I call, it’s just as bad if not worse. I have put up with it because of the DOCTORS. After today I can no longer do that. While sitting in my car crying about the urgency of my cat needing to go from there to the ER, they were more concerned about me forgetting my wallet. I get it…pay for services rendered. But no grace or compassion for a first time considering the circumstances? You have my records of over 10 years. I’ve never missed an appointment or had a card decline. I never name called, or cursed you as you walked away from me. I was calling out in distress, and as usual, you talked down to me, dismissing my feelings, treating me like a child, which was embarrassing because I was crying like one! Like I said in the parking lot, I get the construction is wearing you all down but to treat people WORSE than you USUALLY DO because of it? Not acceptable. Notice I’m not calling you out by name but you know who you are. I’m hoping you will learn from it. I sure did. I’ll never forget my wallet again. Thank you Doctors (especially Davis) and Thank you Christine for calming me down before I left. That was truly a blessing to me. I sincerely hope the construction goes as planned and will give you a positive work environment for all.“

“Dr. Kaptan is the ONLY vet I trust! He is frankly the BEST. Not only is he compassionate he is incredibly knowledgeable and gets it right the FIRST time! If I could give him 100 stars on here I would. He has literally saved so many of my fur babies over the years (over 10 years) and given them better quality of life. “She is the most compassionate vet hands down i have known. Sadly and unexpectedly my 6 month old rat had a stoke and needed to be put to sleep due to pain and she lost ability to eat/drink. Dr. Laura was on vacation and i wasnt able to wait of course. I called around and was shocked of the price difference. It was well under $100 for Dr. Laura vs over $200 at another local vet. It just a shame that money would decide the fate. Blessed as we were, nature tooks it course and she passed quickly. With my past experience rats are loyal and tough and will fight even though they are in so much pain. Just a big shout out to you Dr. Laura....you are amazing and know your heart is truly in your work❤“

“Super super friendly staff!! They explained everything I was confused on and were absolutely amazing around my pittie that can be a bit defensive at first before he shows his goofy side. It always makes me nervous but they definitely know what they're doing ? definitely recommended this place!!

“Vets and staff are always super friendly. I think they're a little pricey but probably in line with most other clinics.“

“Dr. Craig is very knowledgable and really cares about my animals. I really appreciate the transparency when it comes to billing, they will send an estimate for any procedure a week in advance so you can decide if you want to continue with the procedure. I also appriciate when I call because my dog has another UTI that they don't require an appointment and just call in medicine for her. Great vet for your pets!“

“We've had an amazing experience with TLC Pet Care Centers. We recently had to put our sweet kitty of 14 years down and Dr. Cable was so kind. We were well informed and even though we were very sad, we felt taken care of and understood. We appreciate the empathy and professionalism. We will be bringing our new kitty to them for her first check up!!“
