“When we first walked into the clinic we were so impressed on how clean it was. The receptionist was beyond sweet and caring and the vet tech took us right back. We were seen by Dr Kelly Gersch who went above and beyond taking care of our baby girl. She definitely saved her life. Bella was bit my 3 dogs. Our baby is an Aussie and was attacked by 2 Great Danes & a husky. She took X-rays to make sure her lungs didn't get punctured. We saw her 2 days later but unfortunately Bella needed to come back on Tuesday. To soon for the drains to come out. On Saturday we met with Dr Metka. They had discussed Bella's case. She was amazing. She even called Dr G as she was so worried about Bella. These 2 vets are so loving. So caring. So sweet and go above and beyond. Lori and Bob Trefzger“

We took both of our beautiful dogs to Dr. Gallardo and they were able to see my dogs together in the same room! We loved that as it helped our dogs feel safe. They were able to get us in quickly and had our puppy neutered three days later!Dr. Gallardo was very thorough with both dogs and did not rush us. He answered every question and concern we had. “In reality, none of us ever want to have to see an oncologist for our precious loved-one. However, this practice has taken one of the most painful, frightening experiences I've ever dealt with and approached it with so much empathy and care. They take time to answer questions, they give you treatment options and are up-front about all possibilities. Of course, I wish I was never in this boat, but with that being said, I'm thankful that my baby has such a good care-team. “MONEY HUNGRY VET!!!!!!Moved out of state and needed Rx cat food ASAP as cats were out of food. They would NOT fill the Rx to get food. Unless they were seen. (Because it had been a year and a half). MY other cat was seen less than a year ago. They didn't care. I was with this vet since 2007 I guess that didn't mean anything to them and how much money I gave them in vet bills. I seen a change after a certain Dr. Left it so sad. Now my cat with stones may get them back. Thanks alot for not helping. Untilbi could get a vet in my state“

“If you are looking for a vet for your fur baby, look no further! I've been going to TSAC for the last year and a half, and they've been wonderful. Dr. Daniels is phenomenal! Very personable, educative, and his care/respect for all pets is clear.This office is ran extremely well. It is accessible to pet parents (AM drop offs for longer procedures, open until 6 PM, open on Saturdays, available by text, call, or app. Always pick up their phones and I receive call backs promptly). I've never experienced exorbinant wait times. I've never had an issue, period! They alleviate my concerns being a first time pet parent, they follow up by call/text to make sure my cat is doing well, and they're all around, well run and very kind.I definitely recommend this office, Dr. Daniels, and their staff. I so appreciate the kindness they've shown me and my sweet cat. I've since moved 20 minutes away from Blue Ash but I will make the drive every time for this level of patient care.“
