Brian was the Project Manager. The roof was completed during the time I requested and looks absolutely beautiful. Spencer Gray listened to my concerns due to not being in a financial situation right now to commit to a project, but I needed assistance with that panel banging and I just needed to know further damage could be avoided by getting it secured. “Experienced a very good roofing crew replacing a five year roof done by a company out Chesterland which i will not mention. Understand that company is out of business. For the best. McNulty construction was referred to me by a friend. What I experienced was candor and some good insight. Roofing team, led by Tom provided some reasons why the five your old roof, failed. Poor water guard material around chimney, exterior walls where roof met upper floor. Some other workmanship issues as well. Regardless of who you use, I hope you get some straight forward Info as I did from Scott at Mcnulty construction.“
