“This morning we woke up to a very cold house and subzero temperatures outside. We contacted Brian the owner right before 8am and Karl was here within 20 minutes to see what was going on. After some testing, it was clear that our 22 year old furnace was done and we needed a new one. Karl gave us our options, we picked the one for us, signed and a short while later the install began. Nick arrived and got things started, then Jesse and Bryan. They covered the floors and got right to demoing the old unit. Before long the old one was out and the new one was in, new thermostat was also installed and Karl gave us instructions on both the thermostat and new furnace. They cleaned everything up, were very respectable, gave our puppy love and demonstrated great teamwork to get the job done in hours. Our house is warm and we are incredibly happy and thankful for the incredible speedy service.“

“Stack Heating, Cooling & Plumbing recently installed a new sump pump with battery backup and a whole-house humidifier for us, and the experience was excellent. They gave me a 10 to 2 window, and I assumed that meant they would arrive sometime in that range and the installation time would vary. Instead, they showed up right at 10:05 and wrapped up by 1:55, very efficient.

The installation went smoothly, the work was clean, and everything looks great, exactly how I wanted it done. The team also caught a leak in my hot water tank that I had not even noticed and fixed it on the spot. They were easy to work with, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work.

They may not be the cheapest option out there, but you truly get what you pay for. I am glad I chose them and would not hesitate to recommend them.“

“All weather installed my air conditioner last week, and they were wonderful. Highly professional, answered all my questions, and very personable. They were meticulous about keeping the area clean And I was very satisfied with their service. This week I noticed a rattle in the outside portion of the air conditioner and their technician Justin came over, spotted the problem and resolved it within five minutes. He explained the problem to me and how he fixed it. All in all, I am very very satisfied with the company, product and the service involved in this whole experience. I would highly recommend them.“

“After an extended absence, we returned to our home to find a black thermostat screen and no heat. I called Shagovac and spoke with a friendly, professional, and accomodating young woman. Before scheduling a service call, she asked if we had checked simple fixes (i.e. breaker switch, battery) before paying for a service call. In today's marketplace who does that? Apparently, this company does! We had already checked for simple fixes (no go), so she scheduled a service call that was convenient for us. Ian, our tech arrived on time. He was personable and confident. He put on booties ( nice touch) and checked the thermostat, then went to the lower level to check the heating system. While he examined the unit we asked A LOT of questions. He answered each one patiently and thoroughly. He determined the problem was with the outside cooling unit. Outside, he quickly found the faulty part, but before he installed the new part, he told us the price (no billing surprises). He also mentioned that they offer a maintence contract (no high pressure sales pitch). In forty years we have never purchased a warranty or extended service or maintence contract. We signed up with Shagovac...a FIRST for us. Why?-- a very reasonably priced maintenance contract, excellent and friendly customer service, and Ian's knowledge and expertise. Even our bill was detailed and transparent. We ABSOLUTELY (and without hesitation) would recommend Shagovac to anyone needing HVAC service. As we have gotten older we have come to believe that peace of mind is priceless, and this company delivers just that: PEACE OF MIND.“

“I had an issue that turned out to be heavy root blockage of the sewage line. Jim came out and cleared it in addition to repairing some piping at the cleanout in the front yard. He did all this for a price which I considered more than reasonable.

Even more, he had the integrity diagnose the issue fairly instead of trying to sell me on a sewer pipe replacement or other services to pad the bill.
