The nurses there a ferocious when it comes to protecting and caring for their patients. I've been through it with workers comp for the past six months and they have fought tooth and nail for me. They're my ride or die physicians and I wouldn't have it any other way❤️
I went with my mother to her appointment here. The doctor and nurse we saw were incredibly friendly and informative with the details. The service of her team is absolutely amazing! There was, however, a member of staff that was very unprofessional. I had stood close to the door where the clipboards are with my mother, not in the way, so I didn’t block anyone. And she came out and saw me there. Proceeded to be very loud about how I shouldn’t stand in the doorway and how she would NEVER do the same thing. Meanwhile, I’m standing there, embarrassed since she is dragging all this attention to me for something I DID NOT DO. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional behavior and I am VERY glad she was not my mother’s nurse as, quite frankly, I would’ve questioned the quality of care she was getting if she was receiving it from HER team.
I absolutely love and adore my hair stylist Stasia! If I walk in feeling ? within minutes she has me ? then tells me I’m moving to much from laughing ? If I show her an inspo she gets it just right! Oh and always covers my grays. So If you need someone to brighten your day and have you feeling like the best version of yourself, this is where you need to come ?

It’s my first time here and my experienced was absolutely nice! Never knew this place was here in Sandusky. Setting up an appointment online was so easy even at 3 in the morning. Casey is so friendly I enjoyed chatting with her while she was doing my hair. She trimmed my hair and did some highlights and came out to my expectations. Another thing that I like about this salon is the heater cap that speeds up hair treatment, you don’t have to sit there for hours, it definitely saves time. I definitely recommend this place!
Maureen is the owner/operator of this spa. She uses all natural products for hair including plant based coloring products. Maureen actually listens to find out what you want and asks relevant questions and does great followthrough. A variety of spa services are available including manicures and pedicures facials and much more. The space is well appointed with soft music playing for your enjoyment in the background. My stylist had to cancel last minute the day before Valentine’s Day due to personal matters. HOWEVER, one of her coworkers offered me a spot in her chair and my stylist from before said she was great with layers… and that couldn’t have been more true! I feel like I’ve gone through the seven stages of grief looking for a hairstylist that does the type of haircut I like since I’ve moved around the state quite a bit, but Hanna really knocked the ball out of the park. I felt like my hair was just so heavy and flat and she layered my hair so good that I feel like a brand new person. Not only am I blown away by the quality of the work done but also the price of the cut! For my cut/wash/style I paid $48. I have some thick hair and Hanna put in the WORK blowing out the excessive amounts of hair that I have. The kindness and communication that these stylists have not only with their clients but with eachother is something you don’t see often nowadays. Needless to say, I’m so grateful that this was the first salon I’d tried after I moved to this area and I will be returning! I left this salon feeling the most beautiful I’ve felt in a long time.

As someone with insanely thick and curly hair, lots of places tend to mess my hair up so I don’t get many haircuts. Came in to monster kutz after almost 2 years of not cutting my hair. I had my first visit with Matthew and I came with several problems that he not only addressed but solved from a previous haircut at a chain establishment. He's professional and I haven't had warm lather and straight razor on my neck since I left the Marines in 2000. I will be going back from now on. Glad I finally found my barber! I came in for an eyebrow piercing and I was honestly so scared, but everyone made me feel so comfortable and confident. The energy was amazing too I was so happy to be there and talk to everyone working. Best experience ever !! And my piercing looks beautiful :) 100% recommend
The technician came a little early which was great. He listened to the problems I was having, then looked at the 2 toilets and gave me the cost. He went out to get some supplies and went right to work. He was efficient and very nice. I also got a quote for an issue with the basement toilet. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend. I did have to call him back for a drip but he came back within a few hours and took care of it.
6/30/26 This service call was to re-install a toilet after we had changed the flooring. Ben was on time and very efficient. He even wore “booties” to protect the floor. He cleaned up before he left. We were very pleased.
Of course on a Sunday I had a backup in my water/sewer line. Called and they came out and fixed the issue within a hour. Very nice personal working with them. Pricing is excellent.
Been using Gilbert’s for 6 years now. They always provide prompt service and have great technicians. Randy, our latest service technician, easily spotted our issues, corrected the problem, and gave us info on maintenance we should be doing also.
