No one could figure out why my furnace was short cycling. Dillon(sp?) showed up 10 minutes early, worked on it for 2 and a half hours and fixed every issue! He also made sure to explain all the issues to me and how he was going to fix them. AND it cost about half what I was expecting to have to pay. My house is finally comfortable again!
