I had a last-minute emergency when our contractor accidentally pulled an underground electrical line while digging for concrete. I called Firelands and they were able to help me out and dispatch someone that day to fix the problem. Cole did a great job and didn’t stop until he found the root cause and fixed it within a couple hours. Thanks again and I will be calling Firelands in the future!
Called Firelands first thing on a Friday morning, and they were out in less than 2 hours. Fixed my problem quickly and were reasonably priced. Very friendly service too. Highly recommend.
We had our 220 line nicked by a fiber optic dig leaving us without heat, hot water and a dryer. John and Jason came out evaluated the situation and determine what needed to be done. Unfortunately the equipment they needed wasn’t readily available but John and Jason kept us informed continuously. The boring company and Jason came out this past Saturday.
