If you want a no-frills haircut done quickly, this is your place. I get what I pay for at Phil P’s, and like he says, I’ll see him next time.When I first downloaded the Phil P app and saw that he booked in 15 minute increments, I thought , “Seriously? Is he really done in 15?”He surely is. I’ve never been late to plans after a haircut, because I’m in and out.Phil has mastered the classic cuts and doesn’t rely on Bigen, or any of those other theatrics that a lot of the newer barbers like to dazzle you with, at the expense of their skill.Note: I’m a woman, as is my roommate who I sent here. I have been taking my Grandson to Phil for about 2yrs Now.Phil is a Great Guy and does Great with Lincoln.I’m so Glad I found this Shop !!!Not to my Barbers around anymore.Make an appointment you will not be disappointed.Service: Haircut
