Mark from Firelands Plumbing came out, assessed the issues, and completed the job on the same day. There were a couple of issues through the company and Mark went above and beyond to solve the issues so I could have the install done. Mark was professional, kind, and very well-informed about the job at hand. I would recommend him and the company over and over again!
Super fast and friendly! I highly recommend and will use them again for future plumbing issues!Mark is super friendly, efficient, and communicated everything that was happening. I appreciate the time, energy, and efficiency. He fixed my bathroom sink and took into consideration what type of fixture would look nice!We will definitely be using them in the future for our kitchen sink!
Mike did a great job. Was on time, explained everything about the job. Worked quickly. Showed me different steps while doing the work, Mike was very helpful and friendly. He cleaned up everything when he was done. We are very pleased with Mike's work. Would recommend him to everyone. Should have gotten an itemized estimate though, instead of just the final cost before work was done.
