I went with my mother to her appointment here. The doctor and nurse we saw were incredibly friendly and informative with the details. The service of her team is absolutely amazing! There was, however, a member of staff that was very unprofessional. I had stood close to the door where the clipboards are with my mother, not in the way, so I didn’t block anyone. And she came out and saw me there. Proceeded to be very loud about how I shouldn’t stand in the doorway and how she would NEVER do the same thing.
