“This is my 4th review, I just keep deleting them and posting new ones based on my most recent experience as that seems the fair & logical thing to do, the last few months have been going great there other than having to wait for over 1 hr for 2 prescriptions and watching about 12 people that came after me get their prescriptions before me last month, I have been getting false dates for my refills on the MyChart app and every time I've messaged the pharmacy in regards to anything with my prescriptions they have gotten back to me in less than 24 hrs and this last time Shelby replied almost immediately after I sent my message and had my issue resolved. Lately they have been on point and it has been making getting my prescriptions a nice and smooth experience instead of a frustrating experience! Way to go Metrohealth, Parma pharmacy techs, keep up the good work! ?“

“Where do I begin!! From the moment I walked through the door, the Allied Health crew welcomed me with open arms. The receptionist were always so pleasant and helpful, making sure to send me reminders about my upcoming visits and make sure I received requested documents timely. Dr. Nick and his care team created a care plan that not only suited my injury, but worked with my busy schedule. Every team member in the facility was always willing to help and cater to my needs. The workouts were very helpful in reconstructing my body after a very traumatic back injury and the massages played a key role in decompressing inflammation in my back. It was a pleasure to work with this team and allow them to care for me. I can now return to enjoying life with my husband and our 2 year old daughter who loves to jump on me like a jungle gym lol. Allied Health is not just a physicians office, but it is a family, now my family. I highly recommend their services to EVERYONE!! Thank you❤️“

He really cares about his patients, he takes his time and he makes sure that he spends a sufficient amount of time with you, to make sure he addresses everything you have going on with you!!! “Was seen @Urgent Care almost immediately after arriving. They provided excellent service. I was in great pain, so they sent me elsewhere to get an X-ray bcuz their tech went home for the day. YES, will highly recommend n will return again in the future. Minus star though bcuz the guy @front desk of bldg was NOT so nice to me (not @Urgent Care front desk); highly recommend to send him to Customer Service Training.“

“Dr Kammer is great! He’s thorough in his exams. I’ve been going to him for many years. I have a lazy eye and when my first eye Dr retired, it took me a while to find a Dr that gave a thorough exam. You can tell that he loves what he does. His staff is also great! If you need a great eye Dr. he’s the one to call!!“

“The dentist doctor lady ms Shelby s is a freaking beast !! She’s super informative on any questions I had, helped me get everything I need to maintain my dental health , and does FANTASTIC WORK in a short amount of time . I could see the difference in my teeth before I even left the office !! Not only was the process quick and easy , Shelby made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time ! She’s got a great attitude with a positive vibe that creates a welcoming space for new clients ! And the appointment was very affordable! I’d recommend Shelby to everyone ! I was nervous coming into the clinic because I haven’t been to a dentist in YEARS but Shelby executed the procedure like a master and I have a follow up appointment next week , I have absolutely no doubt, fear or nervousness about it bc Shelby did such a great job.im actually excited to get the other half of my mouth done so I can see all the results ! Was in cleveland for a work trip and reached out to Nicole on a weekend to see if she could accommodate different hours as I wasn't sure if the appt schedule I saw was indeed correct. Not only did she get me in later but also allowed me to come back two days later for a second session. Her and her team are amazing! Great personalities, described every step of the process, and just made me feel so welcome. Even sent me on my way with a wedding gift. Loved the services and next time I'm in Cleveland, they will be my first call. Thank you ladies!!“

“Megan the receptionist is beyond amazing She went above and beyond for us. My appointments were all overbooked at the hospital then got canceled and she sat there for 15+ mins talking back and forth with the doctor that way our son could be seen that day and rebooked all my other appointments that were canceled at the main campus❣️ Then Doctor Anthony J. Finizia is amazing as well he is very thorough, listens, and even draws up descriptions to help you better understand and he will take all the time out takes to address all your concerns Which is all very hard to find in a doctor let alone a pediatrician were blessed to have found such a great facility with amazing staff and doctors❣️❣️❣️“

"the man knows what he is doing"While at the office visit I felt a sense of "hurry up so we could get home" felt rushed by office staff. front desk seemed crabby.Need a more detailed info on dietary guidelines leading up to and after colon polypectomy. diet restriction and timeline for a minimum 1 week before procedure and a minimum of a month after procedure. If not! you will spend hours googling for info on the web. Some web info and my own primary care physician "strongly" suggest that after the procedure. you must maintain a "soft" diet for the next 2 weeks after the procedure then, Slowly & minmally intruduce raw vegetables for the next 2-4 weeks before resuming a healthy diet. Limit physical activity of lifting/pulling/pushing no more than 5lbs after the procedure for the next week after procedure. My primary care physician and other WEB sources say to NOT! weightlift for the next 2-3mnths after a colon polypectomy procedure.I spent days and countless hours researching this info.“
