Monica is literally the best hair stylist I've crossed paths with! My family and I have been going to this salon for about 4 years now and I plan on staying here too. Monica is such a breath of fresh air and sooo easy to talk to and get along with. Not to mention that she does an amazing job with my hair each and every time I show up. I have thick curly hair that gets very oily hair and Monica knows exactly what to do each time I show up. I've walked in multiple times requesting a different look (no specific instructions just something new and different) and Monica has delivered each time! She knows exactly what I want and I don't even have to explain. We've colored my hair multiple times and there has been no signs of damage nor breakage. She has kept my hair healthy and growing all these years!

I was looking for a great haircut and found it at Valley West. My choice of Valley West was based on previous reviews and I could say they were not far off at all. I have been to Valley West twice now and have been very happy with my haircut as well as the customer service experience. It is a small Shop with a personal touch.
Service here was excellent. They were so kind and brought us our food and the place is so neat clean and organized!! Everyone here is so friendly and when my son dropped his cookie on the ground, they brought us two fresh new cookies without hesitation FREE OF CHARGE!! Their New Yourker Ruben is one of the best corn beef sandwiches I’ve ever had and I’m from Cleveland, we have some of the best corned beef in the country. Sorry no photos of our food, we gobbled it up in 2 minutes ?

I came in as a walk-in after getting a flyer. I wanted to support a local business and was VERY happy with the results. I hadn't had a haircut from a barber in years (I usually cut my own hair) and felt pampered in there. The young gentleman trimmed my hair as asked, but also gave me a shave and trimmed my moustache (which I have never done before) and I loved the result. Definitely worth a return trip. Highly recommended.
My son has ALWAYS been the type of kid who never liked getting his hair combed or touched lol so he's always pretty apprehensive when it's time to get a haircut especially if we have to try a new barber that he isn't used to. Daisun was very nice, professional, and patient. And by the end of the hair cut my son's face lit up as he said, "wow I look good!" Lol (I'm also very particular about his cuts and I agree, he looked great! Daisun did an amazing job and gave him a nice clean fade and hairline) Highly recommend! The shop was clean, spacious, and had a dope vibe with a comfortable waiting area.

I went July 13th 2024 for a simple gel removal on my toes. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had Chew (not sure how to spell her name). She was efficient and gentle. I was so impressed by the environment. It was clean, smelled good and made me feel relaxed as soon as I sat down. I will be back!

I came at the beginning of summer for a pedi & it was wonderful so I thought I’d come back in for a full set for my trip to Nashville. I came in as a walk-in & was helped almost immediately. Both times my experience was great, welcoming & the quality was top tier! The nail tech was able to recreate my inspo pic, & even make it better in my opinion! I will definitely be back regularly! ?

I called Five Star Plumbing and Heating Friday afternoon and Kamran came out the following Monday. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward. He cleaned up after himself and gave us what I consider a reasonable price for the work. Overall, a very good experience and we'll be reaching out to Five Star Plumbing and Heating for any other issues we have in the future.

I recently hired D3 Services for a bathroom renovation in my 1924 home, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. David and his brother Jacob were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I found them through a recommendation, and they absolutely lived up to it. They showed up on time every single day, were extremely responsive to any messages, and kept me updated on every detail and challenge throughout the project. Their communication and professionalism were top-notch. The tile work they did is absolutely incredible—meticulous, flawless, and exactly what we were hoping for. Every detail is perfect, and it’s clear they take immense pride in their craft. They also handled the waterproofing, floor support repairs, and built a new wall in the bathroom. I handled the demolition and drywall, but they took care of all the heavy lifting with expertise and care. Even after the project was completed, they generously came back to switch out a fixture that was my mistake—not theirs. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Working with them was a very, very positive experience from start to finish. I would 100% use D3 Services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented contractors.
Recently, Marcus and his group completed a total rebuild of our master bathroom. This rebuild included the removal of everything in the bathroom (tub, shower, vanity, etc). It was replaced with a new custom shower (shower head, body sprays, wand and rainfall shower heads), new jetted tub, the relocation of the commode, transforming the old shower into a new closet, the installation of a heated, tiled floor, new vanity, and lighted mirror. All of this was completed in approximately 7 weeks.
Upon completion of the work, there was an issue with the heated floor. This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense.
The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier. We are excited to have them back for future renovations
Rick is a very good handyman. I'm not exactly an amateur with most things, and I recognize quality work when I see it. His prices are also very fair. He won't gouge you by any means. On top of that, he's just a nice guy. Will definitely call him again. Thanks, Rick!

Great experience with Ohio Stump. Josh showed up with his equipment the day I called but I was not available to give the go ahead. No other company I called was nearly as responsive. He came out again soon and his price was fair and the job was done before I knew it. He also did a great job going deep to get the stump roots out of the bed I was preparing and cleaning up. He gave me some advice that probably saved the plants I was putting in...that the evergreen wood chips likely would make the soil too acidic so better to wait to plant or replace soil around plant. I chased Dave down while he was working another job in the neighborhood and he followed up with me in a fast/friendly manner. He quoted me a very competitive price (low) that I couldn’t refuse.
He proceeded to the tree removal/stump grinding task and experienced an equipment malfunction after doing 90+% of the work. I told him not to worry about it, I could do the rest myself and he insisted on returning to wrap it up.
A few days later I rec’d a text stating that he was on his way…what a fantastic surprise!!…Dave wrapped up the job even though I thought it was already “good enough” and he followed through quickly and with a fantastic attitude. I’m sure he lost money on this but he insisted on exercising his integrity and personal pride in seeing it through and exceeding the homeowners expectation. I won’t hesitate to contact Dave again.
