Went in today and Ali (spelling ) cut my hair and did the most amazing job!! I went to the Great Clips on Snow Rd for my last cut and it was the most hideous experience with the woman with the accent and she did a HORRIBLE RUSHED JOB..plus she was rude and impersonable!! ALI AT THE GREAT CLIPS AT THIS LOCATION DID THE MOST FABULOUS CUT!! UNLIKE MY EXPERIENCE AT THE GREAT CLIPS ON SNOW ROAD ALI TOOK HER TIME AND ACTUALLY TOOK CARE AND PRIDE IN HER WORK..SHE WAS AMAZING AND I HAVE FINALLY FOUND MY NEW STYLIST!! ALI..YOU ROCK..AND YOUR MY NEW PERSON..ILL SEE YOU WHEN I GET BACK FROM TEXAS..THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I would rather go to the Dentist vs getting my hair cut, but Aly & Naomi are amazing stylists. I am grateful they are at this location near me for day or evening cuts. They are always in good spirits, the salon in always clean and you get a good vibe just walking in. Thank you Naomi & Aly for working with me & doing a fantastic job on my hair. 👏☺️ (Pleasant Valley Shopping Center, Seven Hills, OH)

These locations have mostly been overaveragely solidly good 👍🏻. I especially appreciate the Broadview Heights/Parma/Independence/Seven Hills ish location that is in the same plaza as the Planet Fitness and ACME. Every time has been recently excellent there.
