“I can not recommend Renee enough! From the moment I walked in , I felt safe , seen , and genuinely cared for . She is incredibly informative , compassionate , and down -to-earth -exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through something as personal as hydro colon cleansing. Renee took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way . Her knowledge is deep , but what stood out even more is her heart . She doesn’t just provide a service - she truly cares! That kind of energy is rare and healing in itself . I love her shop it’s truly a cool unique place . You can tell everything she offers comes from a place of intention and care . She also offers other detox services that I look forward to experiencing at some point . I noticed some of the other reviews don’t reflect the incredible service I experienced. I hope more people are lucky enough to meet Renee and leave feeling as refreshed and uplifted as I did . She’s truly doing something beautiful , and I’m so glad I found her . My only regret is that I didn’t know of her place sooner . I wanted to add to my review this was my sixth time now , and every single visit has been nothing short of exceptional! Her space is immaculately clean, peaceful and thoughtfully maintained - truly a safe and welcoming environment. Renee herself is the heart of the experience . She is deeply educated , compassionate , genuinely kind. She takes time to explain everything clearly , answers any questions makes sure you feel heard . You’re not just another appointment to her . I’m bothered by the few negative reviews that simply do NOT reflect the reality of who Renee is or how she runs her business . As someone who has returned again and again , and I will continue to I can honestly say those reviews don’t match to the incredible experiences I have had . And that bothers me because this place and Renee has helped me heal my gut and be headed on the road to true health after years of pain and misery .I know there are others who desperately need this cleansing and healing and for someone to leave false reviews that could potentially keep someone in need from having a truly healing experience.“

“I absolutely LOVED my experience at this salon. I’ve been to countless places for tanning in the Middleburg Heights area, but nothing beats Palm Beach’s customer service. Every time I tan I am greeted with a smile and a true concern for my tanning journey. While I have pleasant experiences with all employees I have to give a huge thank you to the manager, Mia, who remembers my name and preferences every time I walk through the door. If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely recommend!!!“

“I got a spray tan by Cara for both my bachelorette trip and my wedding and both times I looked and felt amazing! Cara made me feel very comfortable and helped me achieve the best tan. Any of the tan that got onto my clothes was not noticeable and easily came off in the wash. I got soooo many compliments on my tan and was told it looked very natural.“
