I just got my first ever professional massage here with Mackenzie. 5/5 stars - it was very relaxing and she did an amazing job. I went in due to lower back pain and she targeted the area perfectly and gave me recommendations after the massage on how to continue relieving pain. I also thought the price point for a 60 minute massage was great in comparison to other places in the greater Cleveland area.

I went to Big Creek Massotherapy for the first time today, my birthday! I don’t treat myself to a massage very often, but today I went in for a 90-minute massage with Michele and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She truly has a gift. Michele doesn’t just do what feels good and relaxing (yes, she does that too), but she does what needs to be done. She was able to find every knot and every tension point. Her years of experience coupled with her genuine care was incredible. It’s obvious she loves what she does. She’s SO good. Thank you so much, Michele. You made my birthday amazing!
