“We had our roof redone in 2014 by Castle. It was done in a single day. There was no hard selling, no pressure, and their quote was very reasonable. Cut to June of 2025, over a decade later; we had a particularly rough windstorm blast through and several spots were damaged. I contacted Castle honestly not expecting much. “We had Jw roofing come out and replace our roof and gutters . They started the roof before 8am and finished the same day . The gutters were done today (Monday) after the rain . They did a wonderful job on both the roof and gutters . My house looks so much better ! They put big tarps over the porch and yard to catch the nails and old shingles . “If you want quality service, this is the company to call. When we were looking for roofing/ gutter repair, we called three companies. The other companies tried to sell us new gutters and even used scare tactics about future problems we might have with our roof. When we called Campbell's, they came out and explained the problems and showed us our options. That was last year. Fast forward to this year. We had an issue with the gutter and Campbell's came out and fixed the problem. The owner and the other technician have the best customer service hands down. “Amazing work done by amazing people! We had Solid Rock do a complete reroof and decking last fall. From the first phone call to the end of the project, everything went smoothly. Communication before, during and after the project was fantastic! Stephan was completely thorough during the estimating process writing down and taking pictures of everything. Grant provided an detailed estimate breaking down every item to be used in the job. Cheryl and Michelle were always helpful and pleasant on the phone and when we met to pick out our roof color. “When I purchased my home some documents handed down to me indicated that Copeland had installed the roof that was currently on my home. When it came time to get a new roof due to wear and weather, I decided to give them a call, as it seemed the roof they previously installed had held up pretty well.

Someone, I think some sort of supervisor, showed up within no more than a few days , did an inspection and sent an estimate. I told them to do it. They initially were not able to provide a very specific time frame, but they made it out a few weeks later, which was earlier than the vague estimate they had given me, and certainly satisfactory.

They showed up on the day promised and completed the job on the same day. The roof looked great, and I have no significant complaints about any part of the job. Their footprint on my home and yard was quite minimal, a couple of small scuffs on the paint and some nails blown down my gutter drains, no big deal. They sent me a bill in the mail and I paid it, big happy ending.

I would use them again, and I do recommend them.“
