Before this decision however, I discovered that some local roofer(s) may tell the customer they carry insurance and workers comp, when in reality they may not. SO IF YOU GET NOTHING ELSE FROM THIS REVIEW, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THIS FACT. I've dealt with contractors for years and am aware the homeowner can be held liable, in the event something happens. Anyway, Aaron was happy to provide evidence of both. Which was the beginning of great service by him and his crew.

Solution performed our tricky repair in an expedient manner, to professional trade standards. Even gave pics after their shingle and vinyl side removal, clearly pinpointing for us right where the cause had been. Which was helpful considering the infiltration occurred at the blindside base where a person simply can't see standing from lower deck level.

Done within budget, and managing the often unpredictable weather we seem to have in our Southwest region. I'd be happen to recommend, and will likely to contact them when we get a full reroof. THX again Aaron, Juan and Vicente!“

“I recently had a total roof shingle replacement with AVR. At the initial consultation with Doug relative to this process he provided specific and detailed information that would be provided for this job.
Items of particular interest were profile of materials utilized, warranty of these items including the company warranty, property protection, scheduling and job supervision.
Once selected for the project it was scheduled and completed within two (2) weeks. The installation crew was coordinated, efficient and meticulous in their work.
The one noticeable highlight of this job was the cleanup process which was addressed in three phases. As the tear off was ongoing a crew was collecting debris, during the installation a crew was collecting debris and when completed the entire crew collectively scoured the complete area for any possibly remaining debris.
Doug was on site for the complete job. From the begging of this project there was clear communication, honest and reliable answers to any question which were presented in a professional manner.“
