“We had our roof redone in 2014 by Castle. It was done in a single day. There was no hard selling, no pressure, and their quote was very reasonable. Cut to June of 2025, over a decade later; we had a particularly rough windstorm blast through and several spots were damaged. I contacted Castle honestly not expecting much. I had even contacted another contractor as I didn't think Castle would help as it was well over 10 years since the install, but I received immediate responses to my e-mails and Castle came out and repaired the damaged spots at no charge. On the job site, Josh Gibson (the superintendent) has been my main point of contact, and that level of communication is rare. I never had to deal directly with contractors or subcontractors—Josh stayed on site, sent daily progress photos, and kept me informed if anything unexpected came up (which can happen once a roof is opened up). He was always available by phone, and I was included in group messages with the office, which made everything seamless.

Across all the projects, the process has been the same: John provides a competitive and accurate assessment and quote, Josh manages the job with clear communication, and Scott Peterson, the branch manager, stops by daily to make sure everything is meeting expectations. That level of oversight and customer care is hard to find.

They meant it when they said a dumpster in my driveway for one day - it wasn’t even there a full 24 hours from drop off to pick up. “I have been attempting to sell a house and a Buyer's Home Inspector claimed the roof was in need of replacement. I lost the sell.
I called Helping Hands Roofing based on them being a Owens-Corning preferred contractor and the positive reviews both on Google and at the Owens-Corning website.
They came out, inspected the roof thoroughly, and reaffirmed my thoughts and my own Home Inspector's opinion.
They could have easily said that the roof needs replaced immediately and gave me an estimate. They did not do that because they are honest.
We didn't do business this time, but formed a relationship that will guarantee I call them when the roof does need replaced.“
