Summit Animal Hospital is known for its top-notch, extremely kind, and friendly staff who are knowledgeable and accommodating. The service is described as amazing, with great care for both pets and their owners. The practice is very clean and maintains amazing social distancing practices. The setup is efficient, with a large central exam room containing everything needed, and wait times are often short. Communication is prompt, as you never have to listen to a robot on the phone. The doctors provide very good information and are compassionate, especially during difficult times like end-of-life care, making the hardest days tolerable. Prices are totally reasonable, often much lower than expected. Overall, reviewers cannot say enough great things about their experiences.
So grateful for a local private owned clinic. Highly personalized and COMPREHENSIVE veterinary care services!!! I like that most procedures can be done on site, staff is efficient, and they don’t push products that your pet doesn’t need. Feel free to ask all your “dumb” questions to Dr K - I promise I’ve asked worse hahahah. Also much cheaper than the many clinics I’ve been to that have multiple locations and corporate backing.
The whole staff was great! I have had issues with my pitbull at a previous vet and I had no problem at my visit today. They treated him like a normal dog. I am so happy I switched to them.
I have been bringing my furry family members to Dr. Kontur since she became a vet and I would never take them anywhere else! She is so knowledgeable and truly cares about each one. Her staff are the most welcoming and friendly people you will meet and also care deeply for their patients. I highly recommend them to all animal owners! This is a privately owned clinic not a corporate one so they will never try to upsell you to get things you don’t need. They are top notch all the way!
