I can't say enough good things about this vet office. They got us in when our regular vet couldn't, gave us great care for our dog, and helped us through a difficult situation with the dog. All of the staff was so kind and helpful.

I had to get my dog in pretty quickly as a new patient and they were able get me in the same day. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Jackson explained everything regarding my dogs issue so well. I also love how nice and big the exam rooms are. Will definitely be returning!

Due to my regular Vet being ill, I was referred to Cuyahoga Valley Clinic as my male cat was diagnosed as needing Urgent Care. In a half hour I arrived at the office and they had already obtained records from my Vet. After talking to a staff member and filling out a New Patient form, my cat was their care. Lucky it was nothing major. The Vet spoke to me and explained everythingthey checked out and explained what his problem was.In a few days Sunny was getting better.For three days someone called to follow up on Sunny!
