“Suburban Physical Therapy gave me my quality of life back. I had an extruded disc at L4 that pinched the nerve. The stabbing pain in my leg made it very difficult to stand or walk. My therapist was Justin. On the first visit Justin listened to what was going on and gave me some exercises to do. One exercise, laying on my side on a rolled up towel, took away the pain. I could then sleep at night. What a relief. Over the next 12 weeks Justin worked with me to figure out what exercises and stretching would work to solve the problem. It was a long road. Justin did research to try to figure out the best way to fix the issue. I did all of the exercises and stretches he gave me because I REALLY wanted to be active again. Around the week 9 visit I started to feel relief. I was able to stand longer and walk farther distances without the pain starting. At week 12 the pain was mostly gone. I could take hikes, ride my bicycle, and play pickleball again. Justin was amazing to work with. All of the staff there were great. The facility is clean and has people who truly care about you. I would HIGHLY recommend Suburban Physical Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy.“

“My thanks to Dr. Bruce Cohn for the excellent exam on June 1,2026. He examined my right knee for a torn meniscus for which I am being treated for with PT. He also examined my lower sacral back for which I am having severe pain, gave me an injection and a back brace. Dr. Cohn was kind, gentle and explained everything he was doing. The PT staff is excellent. While helped with my exercises, they talked to me and other PT staff, which made it comfortable. “I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire Centerwell Home Health care team for taking great care of our grandmother. She lived in Florida for over 50 years before moving to Ohio to be closer to family. We knew the transition to her ALF in Ohio would not be easy, so it was important to us to find a reputable HH company in the area to help her with that transition and to keep her moving and grooving at 97 while also managing her medical needs. Rory the OT was also exceptional throughout the process. Rory updated the family often and provided education and offered suggestions on various adaptive equipment to help her function a little easier in her room safely. Rory also suggested various activities to help keep her motivated and keep her active. Our grandma is able to walk pretty far given her age with a walker thanks to the PT/ OT interventions provided.
