“Suburban Physical Therapy gave me my quality of life back. I had an extruded disc at L4 that pinched the nerve. The stabbing pain in my leg made it very difficult to stand or walk. My therapist was Justin. On the first visit Justin listened to what was going on and gave me some exercises to do. One exercise, laying on my side on a rolled up towel, took away the pain. I could then sleep at night. What a relief. Over the next 12 weeks Justin worked with me to figure out what exercises and stretching would work to solve the problem. It was a long road. Justin did research to try to figure out the best way to fix the issue. I did all of the exercises and stretches he gave me because I REALLY wanted to be active again. Around the week 9 visit I started to feel relief. I was able to stand longer and walk farther distances without the pain starting. At week 12 the pain was mostly gone. I could take hikes, ride my bicycle, and play pickleball again. Justin was amazing to work with. All of the staff there were great. The facility is clean and has people who truly care about you. I would HIGHLY recommend Suburban Physical Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy.”

At other PT clinics I’ve visited, I was given the same exercises every session. At Athletico, Rocco regularly introduced new and appropriately challenging exercises that kept me progressing and motivated. Thanks to the outstanding care I received at Athletico, my hip pain is gone! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy!”

“possible appendicitis leak; long er waiting. going on 10 hours now. placed in glass enclosure with very ill/coughing people. one very rude staff as observed with us and 2 other patients. observed one older man walk out with heart symptoms, after being told he had a 12 hour wait. your should have staffed your hospitals here before building a billion dollar facility next to Buckingham Palace. when I feel better, will write more. thank you.”
