Healthy Core has been instrumental in getting me back into running. I’ve had serious back and knee pain. With the dry needling therapy, I am back to running 3-4 times per week and pain free. Thanks, Janine!!

Healthy Core has helped me so much in my journey to overcome pelvic dysfunction and pain. I had worked with a pelvic floor PT prior to finding Healthy Core who ended up making my problems worse. The physical therapists at HC are so knowledgeable about the causes and treatment for this condition. My lower back pain has also been so much better if not almost gone since coming to Healthy Core. Everyone at the clinic is so friendly and kind. I also love that my therapist is a woman of faith. I would highly recommend any of the therapists at Healthy Core!

I have experienced chronic back pain and pelvic floor issues for several years. The treatment I received at Healthy Core, including the exercises, have improved my urinary urgency and painful intimacy issues immensely! There are safe, effective ways to build lax musculature and relax tightness, which I learned from my time at this wonderful institution. Gina is a therapist you can trust to help you. My chronic back pain, while not completely gone, is now manageable in ways that years of physical therapy were not able to accomplish. So glad I came here after it being recommended by a friend.
