“While I initially started seeing Evan at Breaking Through for shoulder pain, I can’t believe how much better I am feeling from head to toe! I have significant reduction in my shoulder pain, in less than six weeks. This is even after returning to what I love - playing tennis - after the first session! I am ecstatic with how much better my shoulder is feeling, but I’m just as happy with how much better my knees are as well!Using the One80 system, Evan does a full body assessment during each visit to figure out the root cause of pain and then “prescribes” exercises to address any weaknesses. I am also impressed with how much my mobility and strength have improved by incorporating these daily exercises. And, I’m consistent with them because I understand and see how important they are to nerve/muscle function and pain reduction. Additionally during each session, Evan modifies the exercises and shows me what to do if I happen to tweak something, which usually happens while working out or playing tennis. I am learning how my body works in a completely new way, so that I can be proactive if I feel “a little off.”I highly recommend Evan and the team at Breaking Through and I am thankful that I finally found something that works!“

“Had outpatient surgery today with the ambulatory surgery center. Nurses were phenomenal, anesthesiologist listed to my worries and made sure he took extra care with me. Did a block prior to the OR and talked though the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable, block was so good that I came out of surgery not needing any pain meds whatsoever. Staff in the OR were caring and made sure I knew everything happening, down to the anesthesia going in the IV. PACU nurse was the same as pre op, which made it more comfortable as she knew all about me. I was in and out in 4 hours, and I am still pain free from the block..“
