She lived in Florida for over 50 years before moving to Ohio to be closer to family. The team has been fantastic! Our nurse Isobel made my mother's transition to home far less stressful. She really managed my mom's care so well, getting her health stabilized. Had we not had her and this service, we would have been back in the ER; the ER was not what my mother wanted. On a personal note, Isobel was warm, kind and patient. She always took the extra effort to communicate clearly with my mom who was adjusting to new hearing aides.
