Dr. Onion at PHYT For Function in Beachwood is incredible. Every time I go in, I feel genuinely listened to, which is rare—and I always leave feeling noticeably better.
Whether it’s dry needling, cupping, or manual release, he’s a true master of his craft. He knows exactly what to do and how to tailor the treatment to what your body needs.
If you’re dealing with pain, tightness, or just want to move and feel better, I can’t recommend Dr. Onion enough.
I first sought physical therapy at PFF 6 years ago for a severe problem with planter fasciitis after getting no relief from my family doctor's recommendations. The care I got was outstanding and not only fixed my PF problem, I was coached on how to care better for my body to prevent muscle spasms and lower back issues, and I had no repeat instances of either.
I returned 2 weeks ago following some health issues that resulted in lower leg spasms as I was working to hard to get back in shape (very active 71 year old), and have found the care outstanding, again.
I highly recommend PFF to all who seek effective physical therapy for these issues.
Anything more then 5 stars? Immediate relief, Immediate plan to help without the 15 week treatment plan. Thanks Jeremy. I only cried a little :)
