UPDATE: Josh came back today to completely resolved the issue with our AC. He did another excellent job and went above and beyond to help us. This made up for the somewhat unsatisfactory interaction we had with the main office over the two previous days. But I will not take a star away from Josh. I’ll also stick with QH&C because we have been with them for a long time. This is the first time there has been an issue with service from the office that could have been handled more professionally.
Thankful for quality heating and cooling. The Quality membership plan helps me get to the front of the line whenever there is a problem with my 24 yr old heating or cooling system. Today the air conditioning/furnace blower stopped working. 😢 Thankfully, the technician, Thomas was able to assess the problem and explain it clearly and provided an opportunity for me to get the work done. Thomas was kind and professional and made me laugh even after I saw the work that needed done. Nothing lasts forever, but thankful for the technicians at quality heating and cooling. You are compassionate and take time to explain technical things.
