FirstLight has provided care for my mother for the last year and half. During that time, my mom has required varying levels of support, from 24/7 care when she was ill for several months to now nightly care and daytime companion care three days a week. There aren't enough words to describe the level of outstanding care FirstLight had with my dad. Bethany's communication, and the care workers attention to detail was so appreciated in a time that everything had to be in place quickly once my dad left the hospital. We just started with First Light and they have knocked our socks off! Right off the bat they were challenged with the recent winter storm, and they worked to make sure each shift was covered. The caregivers we’ve had are on top of everything, including stuff I would think of as a family caregiver, are fun to have around, and are eager to help. Clearly we might the right call by bringing First Light into our lives!
