“We had never been to this place before. My sister-in-law told my husband about it, and the best part is that they have everything separated, one section for dogs and another for cats. Ignacio (my cat) needed vaccinations. The receptionists were very friendly, and then the nurse and the veterinarian were excellent at explaining every detail. Even though Ignacio was scared, they handled him very carefully and lovingly so we all knew he was in good hands. There was also a very kind lady who gave him treads. We should definitely go back soon for more vaccinations and to get him fixed.
I hope to bring my dog ​​to this place too. ❤️“

“Absolutely love this place! Dr. Maglott is very good with all three of my cats, especially my oldest who does not do well with the vet! He also explains everything super well and works well with our schedule! The vet techs are super nice too and they are all so caring! I live about 35 minutes away and have vets closer but I love this place and do not mind the drive!“

“Pretty easy to use and go through. Pricing is VERY FAIR for your dogs. Didn't like ?the register early not and then they text EVERYONE at the same time to come in for appointments. Now you have aad rush of people and animals at the exact same time....could do it better by texting in 15/30 mins intervals ?“

“I wasn't sure about using a walk in clinic but it was time to let my dog go and his long time vet could not fit him in for a week. I am so glad I went here. Kaylee was so nice and gentle with him. She was very efficient and explained everything. They have a nice room with private entrance and parking by the door. My dog passed peacefully and we weren't rushed to leave as soon as he passed. Much nicer than my regular vet and much cheaper.“

“We recently adopted a Belgian malinois and anyone who knows this breed knows they can be high strung and intimidating. Upon walking in, the presence of the vet techs welcoming her made her feel calm and right at home. We truly had such a positive experience. We feel so fortunate Dr. Jacobson is right in our neighborhood and will be our vet for our dog. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. All the staff were friendly and patient. If you live in Akron or the area, I highly recommend! Also, I noticed people noting the costs. This is the by far most affordable vet I’ve been to in the Akron area. The $65 “fee” simply gets applied to your services/deducted from the cost of your visit (if that clears up anyone’s confusion). Again, nothing but positive things to say! Thanks for taking such great care of our dog (and likely our cats in the future)!“

“This is a wonderful, compassionate veterinary clinic that has provided great care to our pets for many years. It's not just the routine healthcare we appreciate, but it's the difficult issues where we've found comfort in knowing proper, loving care has been administered. Our dog, Jax, was been coming here for years for routine checkups and immunizations, but when it was discovered he had cancer in one of his dew claws, we were grateful that the cancer was skillfully removed with great care. Jax recovered fully. Then when Scout, one of our elderly cats, was so ill that he couldn't go on, the staff made him and us comfortable as we said goodbye to him. Their empathy and final care was so appreciated. And now, Steve, our Turkish Van of 13 years, has become ill and has been seen by both Dr. Ryan Gates and Dr. Eric Allie. I am so grateful to how kind, gentle and patient they were with him on both visits. Both vets were also patient with me, as I had so many questions for them, and they provided answers to everything. My wife and I deeply appreciate this clinic and staff for all they have done for our beloved pets.“

“We had our first visit with this clinic today, and they have impressed me on every level. Our dog is has fear-based reactivity in the clinic environment, and the way they handled him was spectacular. They were responsive, respectful, and aware of his mental state. They made sure he had a positive experience with them, which I find rare. Every member of their staff was amazing! They practiced fear-free methods, and were able to preform much more during his exam than vets from other clinics. They explained everything in a thorough and comprehensive way! “These folks are good at what they do and they have the right equipment to do it. Don't expect cheap. Nothing quality is cheap but they are not gouging people. It's the cost of running a higher tech operation. Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous like the teeth pulling not realizing they helped that dog live a longer life. I have always had quality care there. Love Dr Bayless who communicates and listens so well. Taking excellent care of pets is what they do!“
