They were very caring and compassionate. My daughter's hamster had passed in his sleep from being very sick. And, they were very gentle with him and giving her some of his hair. Some people were being very mean about it telling her to just flush him but, she's an animal lover of all shapes and sizes and, she was determined to get him cremated. We are waiting on his ashes to come back now. I appreciated the time and care they had for her and her loss with her hammy.
My family has trusted Stow/Kent with the healthcare of our pets for decades now. Stow/Kent is professional, caring, and considerate to my corgis and their nervous worrywort dog mom. I will continue to trust Stow/Kent and their wonderful staff with my pets healthcare needs.
The staff was so welcoming with Cargo everyone made sure to give her lots of love as she was anxious while we were waiting. Dr. Eric was the best - he is so knowledgable and passionate about the animals he gave me suggestions backed with facts and experiences which is very appreciated. I hope nothing is wrong with Cargo but I'm confident she will have the best care if we need to check more with her heart. Thank you so much for caring about my dog as if she were your own dog.
