Thier prices seem to have gone up a lot over the past few years. The vet assistants are very kind and caring . They should get paid more since they do 90% of the work and the veterinarian is in the examination for a few minutes.

I was out of town unexpectedly, and they got my dog in right away! The front desk ladies were extremely friendly and helpful, as was the vet tech! The doctor was nice, but just did a very quick overall checkup on my dog despite me mentioning a couple of concerns. Overall, similar to a "minute clinic," it is a good place if you need to get in somewhere quickly.

We love Primary Pet Care in Stow. Everyone we’ve encountered here has been so sweet to us and our pup! When Wallen was really sick they made sure to get him in right away at our convenience and even called to check up on him a day or so later. Great customer service and very caring and passionate employees.
