They were prompt and I feel they treated my cat kindly and took care of the issue. They didn't try to push unnecessary shots and tests which I really appreciate. My only criticism is that neither the assistant nor the vet said hello or introduced themselves. I had to ask the assistant if she was the vet and she said no that the vet would be in next. When she came in she immediately started examining my cat with no introduction. Maybe Im old fashioned but I like to be introduced and know the name of the person I am dealing with. LP
My family and I have been going here for 40 years and I only trust them with my fur babies. They give the best care to them and I know when I have to leave them there that they are in the best hands. There are also very nice people that work there and I like that they know how to handle my pets with ease to make it as less stressful for them as possible. Years ago .. when I got two Chihuahua puppies... They both had parvo. The vet said they had a 50/50 chance of making it. They were at Mogadore for six days and they both made it! They are happy healthy ten year olds now. I am so grateful to Mogadore for saving them.
Dr. McCann and staff do a really good job with my German Shepherd. They go out of their way because ever time we come she has a seizure. They take their time with her and accommodate her visits because of the seizures. We have had nothing but a good experience with them. I just want to say thank you for everything you do for us!
