“This place was absolutely wonderful and I truly don’t understand why it only has 4 stars. Not only were the staff extremely kind and helpful, they were very accommodating, constantly asking me and my family if we were comfortable, if we needed snacks or water, etc. The establishment was bright, clean, and honestly kind of fun. Normally, I have extreme white coat syndrome, but this place really went all out to try to bring the vibe of “sterile medical office” down. They had Icey Machines, a video game machine, etc. which while that might not be everyone’s cup of tea, it definitely helped to calm my kid down. 10/10 would recommend.“

“I have nothing but good things to say about our visit at the Brunswick Express Clinic at Cleveland Clinic. Granted, I reserved a spot for my daughter online before hand and when we got there, they took my daughter, her twin sister who also was sick and my husband all at once. The PA we saw was kind, courteous, and thorough in her exam and very good with my girls. I'm thankful for the team at Brunswick and trust their care.“
