This place was absolutely wonderful and I truly don’t understand why it only has 4 stars. Not only were the staff extremely kind and helpful, they were very accommodating, constantly asking me and my family if we were comfortable, if we needed snacks or water, etc. The establishment was bright, clean, and honestly kind of fun. Normally, I have extreme white coat syndrome, but this place really went all out to try to bring the vibe of “sterile medical office” down. They had Icey Machines, a video game machine, etc. which while that might not be everyone’s cup of tea, it definitely helped to calm my kid down. 10/10 would recommend.

Mary Jo the NP, was caring and very understanding. She did not waste anytime diagnosing my illness and trying to get me better. Very knowledgeable and even called in my perscriptions, so I could pick them up on my way home. Honestly everyone that worked the day I went in. They were very helpful, caring and very professional also kind. I was very sick going in and left feeling cared for. Great Job Wellnow.

2-5-24Arriving at 7:00am, I found the staff to be friendly and taken to see the doctor immediately. The PA was knowledgeable and asked questions concerning my visit. After completing the exam, I was given options on the medication and procedures to take when I returned home. I was pleased with the care and prescription. Very professional.
