Fast and friendly service overall. However, the physician I saw, Kane Vaughan, PA-C, did not fully consider my concerns when I requested additional testing. My request was denied because I was not experiencing symptoms at the time. Shortly afterward, I developed symptoms and had to return for the same test I initially asked for, which ultimately came back positive.
People usually don't leave a review when it's great, but I wanted to change that and say how great this location is for urgent care needs. They have X-rays! Which is way better than paying a high deductible with an er visit any day. The initial phone call was friendly, the service while there was amazing, and the doctors were chill and caring. Great spot. Went 45m out of the way for great service.

I have nothing but good things to say about our visit at the Brunswick Express Clinic at Cleveland Clinic. Granted, I reserved a spot for my daughter online before hand and when we got there, they took my daughter, her twin sister who also was sick and my husband all at once. The PA we saw was kind, courteous, and thorough in her exam and very good with my girls. I'm thankful for the team at Brunswick and trust their care.
