“During one of the most difficult times we have faced, Jason and Darrin were supportive, efficient and very empathetic. Being able to do everything online gave my family the allowance of taking breaks and taking our time dealing with the emotional aspect of some of the difficult parts. Things were handled with care and respect throughout the entire process. Their partnership with Jardine's was also really helpful, as Darrin and Jason were able to help navigate and sort through us using them for a gathering (Aaron and the team there were wonderful too). Joe, who handled our arrangements, was absolutely wonderful — cant say enough about him, so very kind, down to earth, patient, and understanding. He's just one of those people that made you feel comfortable, so easy to talk to, very relatable and guided our family with so much care and ease. He took a very hard time and made it as easy as he could on our family. Also Elaine , (heart of gold ) was also incredibly kind and caring, and her warmth, kindness and compassion as I came to pick my mothers ashes up truly meant so much to me. Every interaction with all the staff including those who modified my sweet mothers obituary, Meagan was nothing less than exceptional.

Losing a loved one is never easy, but the entire staff at Busch made us feel supported, comforted, and cared for from beginning to end. We are deeply grateful for the excellent care they provided for my mother and our entire family. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through such a difficult time. I dont think you can find greater care any where else.

“Never in my life would I have thought to write a review about a funeral home, but here we are. Lou Ripepi was not someone I knew, or would have been in my circle. But when the unthinkable happened my husband quickly reached out to Lou. He told me not to look anywhere else he is someone you can trust. When the moment came all of the details were taken care of and highly organized. Then came the moment where we had to sit with him and discuss next steps. I had no clue but he patiently guided us and made sure every thing was carefully thought of with no rush. His employees were EXCELLENT! From choosing the casket, getting the right image and verbiage for the obituary. Making sure that they had a few pictures of her so that they could apply right makeup and hair style, it was amazing. I’m glad that they had our back. The day of the viewing, the father who led prayers and last rights all amazing. The procession to the cemetery all so beautiful.

They actually went above and beyond expectations and leveled out my father’s headstone because we felt it was sinking.“
