We were not prepared for what happened. Aaron and staff were fantastic. Very compassionate and answered all questions my mom, daughter or myself had. Did not mind when I called with a few additional questions. Walked us through how to get a flag for my step-dad as he was retired from the Army and we weren't sure how to go about that. Not sure our brains were really processing.
